1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and U & K Developers covering your use of the Desi Kahaniya mobile application. By installing, opening or continuing to use the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, please uninstall the app.

2. About the App

Desi Kahaniya is a Hindi story application for Android. It lets you browse and read written stories, listen to narrated audio stories, save items for offline use, and optionally purchase an ad-free membership.

3. All Content Is Fiction

Every story in the app is a work of fiction, written for entertainment. Characters, names, places and events are imaginary or used fictitiously. Any resemblance to real people, living or dead, or to actual events, is entirely coincidental and unintended. Nothing in the app describes, endorses or encourages real-world illegal activity.

4. How You May Use the App

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own private entertainment. You agree not to:

• Copy, republish, resell, redistribute or publicly perform the content
• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app
• Attempt to bypass any technical, access or payment restriction in the app
• Use the app in any way that breaks the law where you live

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Story text, audio, artwork and the app itself are either owned by U & K Developers, contributed by users, or sourced from openly available material, and are protected by applicable law.

If you believe any content in the app infringes your rights or was published without permission, email ukdevelopers007@gmail.com with details and we will review it and remove it where appropriate.

6. Membership & Payment

Some sections of the app require a membership. Memberships are one-time purchases valid for a fixed period, which is shown to you before you pay. All payments are processed by Google Play — we never receive your card or bank details.

When the validity period ends, member features stop automatically and you are not charged again. Purchase another membership if you wish to continue. Prices are shown in your Google Play account currency and may change for future purchases.

7. Refunds & Cancellation

Because purchases are made through Google Play, Google Play's refund rules apply, together with any consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

If a purchase does not unlock correctly, or something otherwise goes wrong, contact us promptly at ukdevelopers007@gmail.com and we will try to resolve it or help you request a refund through Google Play.

8. Advertising

The app is free to download and is supported by advertising for non-members. Ads are supplied by third-party networks; we do not control which specific ads you see and we do not endorse what they promote. Any dealing with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser. An active membership removes ads.

9. Availability of the Service

We aim to keep the app working and to keep adding content, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features and content may be added, changed, temporarily hidden or removed at any time, including while an update is being prepared or reviewed. Access requires a working internet connection except for content you have already downloaded.

10. Disclaimer

The app and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the content will be accurate, complete or suited to any particular purpose, or that the app will be free of errors or interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, U & K Developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including lost data or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing removes consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may restrict or end your access to the app if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or attempt to defraud the payment system. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms as the app develops or as the law requires. The current version always appears on this page with its date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a revision means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your own country of residence.
