1. How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your Vixo AI account and the personal data held by UK Developers at any time. There are two ways to do it, and you do not need to be signed in to use this page.

2. Option 1 — delete in the app

1. Open Vixo AI and go to your profile.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your sign-in account and profile are removed straight away. If the app asks you to sign in again first, that is a security check from Google — sign in, then repeat the steps.

3. Option 2 — request deletion here

If you have uninstalled the app, lost access to your sign-in, or would rather we did it for you, submit the form below. Use the email address you signed in with, otherwise we cannot match your account.

4. What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account (Google or email).
• Your profile: display name, email address, photo and language setting.
• Your credit balance and any remaining credits, which are not refundable.
• Your generated videos and images, and their prompts.
• Your usage history within the app.

Deletion is permanent. Anything you want to keep should be downloaded from the Projects tab before you delete.

5. What we have to keep

A small amount of information survives deletion, because we are required to keep it or because it no longer identifies you:

Purchases are processed by Google Play, and Google keeps its own billing records independently of us. Deleting your Vixo AI account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel that in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions.

6. How long it takes

• In the app: immediate.
• By request: within 30 days. You will get an email confirming it is done.
